The SureCommand Investigation Module provides Investigators with a list of cases page, the ability to record complaints in the case profile, upload media files, track evidence possession, collect subject information, sort the sequence of events, and assign a Private Investigator to the case. Private Investigators can categorize cases, manage open and closed cases, set retainer amounts, and alert customers to any new developments. The SureCommand system provides a page with the list of investigators employed with the organization, their assigned cases, and qualifications. This feature enables organizations to quickly assess its capacity to accept new cases and to determine the acceptable workload levels for each Private Investigator. The List of Private Investigators page also gives administrators quick access to the Private Investigator’s profile where they can view assignments and statistics.
Intelligence is the identification of patterns through a collection of reports. The SureCommand system can help Private Investigators identify patterns by considering the common denominators of reports created from previous incidents.
