The SureCommand Organization Hierarchy page displays in descending order the list of employees for the whole of the organization. It displays information about the list of each department from Directors down to individual roles for all branches. The Organizational Hierarchy page provides Director's access to individual contact information and an overview of the total workforce.
The SureCommand Director Role provides Directors with detailed and comprehensive reports that provide valuable insight into the organization’s performance. It also provides Directors the ability to create policies, procedures and an unlimited number of branches and departments.
The SureCommand Director Module provides configurable options that enable or disable different types of modules and features to adjust workflows for optimizing productivity and improving transactional accuracy. Directors have the option to add industry specific modules or eliminate from view standard modules.
Policies are important as they bring order and guidance to an organization. The SureCommand Director Module has a Policies Management system that gives Directors the ability to establish and monitor policy compliance. Directors are the only individuals who can create policies for every department on the SureCommand system. Once a policy has been created by a Director, the Human Resource department is assigned the duties of ensuring acknowledgements to the policies and monitoring compliance.
Policies tell them what they should and shouldn’t do, procedures tell them how to do it. A procedure is a step-by-step process that guides an employee’s performance to create a consistent, and higher quality product or service. The SureCommand Procedure system is a feature attached to the task management system where employees can view the procedure for every task, project, and program.
The SureCommand Branch List page displays the list of all branches that are part of the organization. It provides Directors with a clear list of branch locations, branch name, and branch types (whether franchise or corporate location), and branch performance. This page is designed to also provide visibility into what areas the organization is serving.
The SureCommand Director Overview Page provides a complete performance overview of the whole organization. The Overview Page provides Directors with better operational visibility, a decrease in decision making times, the ability to identify issues more quickly, and offers better market insight.
